Official Rules: Casa de Lipa Arcade Streak Contest

1. Sponsor

The Casa de Lipa Arcade Streak Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by MemoryLanePark LLC, doing business as Casa de Lipa ("Sponsor", "we", "us"). Questions: info@casa-de-lipa.com.

2. Contest period

The Contest begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time on November 7, 2026 and ends at 12:00 PM Pacific Time on November 14, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper for the Contest.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a US mobile number that can receive text messages. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to win.

Anyone may play the arcade, but only eligible entrants can win prizes.

4. How to enter

Play the Streak mode of the Casa de Lipa Arcade at the arcade's website during the Contest Period, then save your score with your player name and your US mobile number. An email address is optional.

Entering your number or email also signs you up for Casa de Lipa marketing texts and emails, as the save screen says. You can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email); unsubscribing does not remove your score or affect your eligibility.

Scores that would place in the top 10 must be confirmed with a code texted to the mobile number used. A score that is not confirmed cannot hold a top 10 place.

5. Limits

One person, one player account and one mobile number. You may play as often as you like; your best saved Streak score is the one that counts, and each person can be ranked only once.

Using more than one account, name or mobile number, or entering for someone else, may lead to disqualification of every related entry.

6. Fair play

Scores must be earned by playing the game as designed, by hand, on a normal device and browser. Bots, scripts, macros, emulators or other automation; modifying the game or its network traffic; exploiting bugs; and any other way of gaining an unfair advantage are not allowed.

Sponsor may review any score, including its timing data, and may remove scores, disqualify entrants or block accounts, devices or numbers it believes in good faith broke these rules. When a score is removed, the scores below it move up.

7. Winners

Winners are the eligible entrants with the ten highest confirmed Streak scores on the leaderboard at the end of the Contest Period, after Sponsor's fair-play review. Ties go to the score that was reached first.

Your chance of winning depends on your skill and on the number and skill of other entrants.

8. Prizes

1st place: one Casa de Lipa raglan cut tee, one Camo NY Hoodie and one pair of Camo Sweatpants (approximate retail value $258).

2nd place: one Navy NY Hoodie (approximate retail value $132).

3rd place: one Casa de Lipa raglan cut tee (approximate retail value $48).

4th and 5th place: a $25 Casa de Lipa store credit each.

6th through 10th place: a one-time code for 15% off a purchase at casa-de-lipa.com each. The code has no cash value.

Approximate total retail value of all prizes, not counting the discount codes: $488. Store credit and codes are for casa-de-lipa.com, one use each, and expire as stated when issued.

Sizes and colors are subject to availability. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes ship to US addresses only. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

9. Notifying and claiming

Sponsor will contact winners by text and/or email at the number or address used to enter, within 7 days after the Contest ends. To claim, a winner must reply within 7 days with their full name, US shipping address and sizes, and may be asked to confirm their eligibility.

A winner who doesn't reply in time, can't be reached, is found ineligible or doesn't follow these rules forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may award it to the next eligible entrant.

10. General conditions

By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the Contest, or extend or correct the leaderboard, if fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond its control affects the Contest's administration or fairness.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries; errors in the game, the leaderboard or text messages; network, device, carrier or service outages; or entries that can't be saved for technical reasons.

Player names on the leaderboard are public, and Sponsor may show winners' player names in the arcade and on its social channels. Sponsor will not use your full name or likeness without your permission.

11. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, by entering you release Sponsor and its owners, employees, service providers and agents from any claims arising from the Contest or from accepting or using a prize, and agree that their liability will not exceed the value of the prize, if any, that you won.

12. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class actions, in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Privacy and winners list

Information collected in the Contest is used as described in the arcade's Privacy Policy. For a list of winners, email info@casa-de-lipa.com within 30 days after the Contest ends.

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Google, Instagram, TikTok or any mobile carrier.
