Privacy Policy: Casa de Lipa Arcade

1. What we collect

When you save a score or claim a name: your player name, your mobile number, and, if you give them, your email address and the products and size you're interested in.

When you play: your scores and how each game went (the mode, start and end times and the timing of each basket), which we use to keep the leaderboard fair.

When you agree to texts or emails: a record of that consent, including the wording you saw, the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent.

On your device: a random device ID and a signed session cookie, so your scores and name stay with you, plus your settings and best scores in your browser's storage. The Arcade doesn't use advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

To run the game and its leaderboards; to text a confirmation code to top 10 scores and check that numbers are real, active mobile numbers; to detect cheating and limit abuse; to contact contest winners and deliver prizes; and, if you agreed, to send you Casa de Lipa marketing texts and emails.

3. Who handles it

Service providers who run parts of the Arcade for us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database), Twilio (confirmation codes and number checks) and Klaviyo (Casa de Lipa's texts and emails). They use your information only to provide those services.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Your player name and scores appear publicly on the leaderboard. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Contest and leaderboard data is kept until up to 60 days after the contest ends, then deleted or kept by Casa de Lipa for its customer records. Marketing profiles stay with Casa de Lipa until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

5. Your choices

Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, to stop marketing. The Arcade's settings can reset your data on this device. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@casa-de-lipa.com; residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

6. Children

The Arcade isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Contest prizes are for players 18 and older. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
