The Casa de Lipa Arcade (the "Arcade") is run by MemoryLanePark LLC, doing business as Casa de Lipa ("Casa de Lipa", "we", "us"). By playing it you agree to these terms. The Streak contest also has its own Official Rules.
1. The Arcade
The Arcade is free to play, for your personal entertainment. We may change, pause or end any part of it, including its modes, leaderboards and rewards, at any time.
2. Player names
Each player name belongs to one player. Names appear publicly on the leaderboard, so don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone or includes personal information. We may change or remove any name.
3. Fair play
Play by hand, as the game is designed. Don't use bots, scripts or other automation, modify the game or its network traffic, exploit bugs, or use more than one account or mobile number to get ahead. We may remove scores and rewards, and block accounts, devices or numbers, if we believe someone is cheating or misusing the Arcade.
4. Scores, codes and prizes
Leaderboards and scores may be corrected, reset or removed. Discount codes and rewards have no cash value, are one use per customer unless stated otherwise, and may expire. Contest prizes are governed by the Official Rules.
5. Texts and emails
If you enter your number or email, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts and emails from Casa de Lipa, as described where you enter them. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Our content
The Arcade, its art, music, renders, code and the Casa de Lipa name and marks belong to Casa de Lipa or its licensors. You may share links and screenshots, but don't copy, resell or reuse the Arcade or its content otherwise.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Arcade is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may have errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent the law allows, Casa de Lipa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of scores, codes or data, and our total liability for any claim about the Arcade is limited to $50.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
